Hatzola Canvey is pleased to announce the Building Bridges Project in collaboration with The National Lottery Reaching Communities fund.

As part of this new project we are delivering a range of programmes designed to promote a healthier, stronger, and more connected community. Through accessible health, wellbeing, and educational initiatives, we support people of all ages to improve their physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Through workshops, support groups, wellbeing sessions, practical learning opportunities, and volunteer-led community support, we provide culturally appropriate guidance on healthy living, emotional wellbeing, disease prevention, nutrition, budgeting, and personal development. We are also training community volunteers with the skills and ongoing support needed to mentor others and provide early mental health assistance where appropriate.

Our goal is to empower individuals and families to make informed choices, build resilience, reduce isolation, improve health outcomes, and strengthen community connections. By combining professional expertise with community engagement, we aim to promote long-term wellbeing and create sustainable, positive change for everyone who takes part.

Volunteer with us today and make a real difference!
